Scope

These terms apply to use of [OPERATOR_NAME]'s web application by consumers and businesses in the EU/EEA.

Service

Tools to create, store, share and export résumés and cover letters, optional AI billed in credits. No guarantee of uninterrupted uptime.

Plans and payment

Free account with credits granted once. Paid: 7-day pass, monthly, quarterly (one-off), yearly, lifetime. Prices in EUR incl. VAT where applicable. Payments via Stripe.

AI credits

Credits in an append-only ledger, non-transferable, expire per plan. Unused credits are not refunded except where required by law.

Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled in two clicks (account / Stripe portal) effective end of period. Free accounts can be deleted any time.

Withdrawal

14 days for consumers. For digital content starting early with consent, the right expires once performance begins. See the withdrawal notice.

Liability

Unlimited for intent, gross negligence and product liability. Otherwise only cardinal duties, capped at foreseeable damage. No liability for hiring outcomes.
